By installing the SiteScore Chrome extension, accessing sitescore.trustoryx.digital, or using any associated services provided by Trustoryx (“SiteScore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the extension or website.

2. Description of Service

SiteScore is an in-browser website analysis suite that inspects page-level SEO signals, technical health, schema.org structured data, content accessibility, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) heuristics. Audits are performed locally within your browser tab.

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You agree to use SiteScore solely for lawful website auditing, optimization, and development purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the extension or any crawling feature in a manner that disrupts, overburdens, or degrades third-party web servers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of proprietary components beyond what is permitted by applicable open-source licenses.
• Misrepresent SiteScore audit scores as official certifications from Google, search engines, or AI platform providers.

4. Disclaimer of Search Engine & AI Placement Guarantees

CRITICAL NOTICE: SiteScore provides diagnostic information, heuristic scores, and suggested best practices based on client-side observation. SiteScore does NOT guarantee:

• Search engine rankings or position on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any search platform.
• Indexing, crawl frequency, or inclusion in search engine result pages (SERPs).
• Citation, quotation, or inclusion in generative AI search engines, answer engines, or large language model responses.
• Increase in organic website traffic, user conversions, or commercial revenue.

5. Intellectual Property

The SiteScore brand, trademarks, website design, documentation, logo, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Trustoryx. You retain all ownership rights to your own website content, domain names, and data audited by the tool.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteScore and Trustoryx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of traffic, ranking drop, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use the extension, website, or recommendations.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

SiteScore may provide links or recommendations to third-party tools, including Google Search Console, the Google Rich Results Test, PageSpeed Insights, or external APIs. Trustoryx is not responsible for the availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date.
